It will take vision, ingenuity and community action to maintain Lane Cove’s liveability now, and for generations to come
But I have lots of ideas for how we can work together to do it!
Make it stand out.
Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

My vision for Lane Cove
-
I want to see activities supported that nurture community resilience and creativity among all age groups.
I want to see a dedicated multicultural performance space.
We need tangible actions to reduce local household and businesses, and Lane Cove Council’s, CO2 emissions: from food waste strategies to more smart green strata buildings.
I believe we need to work together now to mitigate the negative impacts on our community from the climate crisis.
-
We need smart development in Lane Cove that balance the needs of people and the environment now and into the future.
I’m against the privatisation of public green space.
I want all residents to have fair and equitable access to public open space and ensure our parkland is nurtured and maintained properly.
-
There’s a lack of transparency and accountability with regards to council decisions and implementation of projects.
People don’t feel heard and it seems they’re often the last to know about decisions that impact them.
Council needs to overhaul their Community Engagement Strategy - our community deserves better. -
I want to connect Lane Cove’s people and places better, and support safe active transport options like walking and cycling.
As a councillor, I’d support initiatives to reduce our reliance on private transport, reduce local CO2 emissions, and build community.
We need effective traffic management for all people and road users to reduce congestion and improve safety.

“As an independent councillor for Lane Cove Council, I’d work tirelessly, with creativity and a collaborative attitude, to advocate for the local community”
The Lane Cove we all love hasn’t been achieved by accident.
It’s a reflection of our community.
I want to enable that community to have more of a voice at council.
As an independent councillor for Lane Cove Council, I’d work tirelessly, with creativity and a collaborative attitude, to advocate for the local residents and businesses.
My husband and I have chosen to build our life and raise our children here because we value the green environment, people, community, and convenience.
But our area isn’t immune to the pressures of a rapidly growing Sydney.
I will work alongside Lane Cove residents and businesses to develop practical and creative solutions to improve our area and maintain what we love about it for residents now and in the future.
Complete my Lane Cove community survey.
Residents and businesses in the Lane Cove local area, I’d love you to complete my community survey.
It will help ensure that I can represent you and the community better. It should take 2-3 minutes.
