Rubbish - it’s not what you think it is!

I was honoured to be invited to speak at the Lane Cove Historical Society at their AGM about one of my favourite topics - WASTE! Ok, I get that it’s probably a bit of a daggy subject to many but I’m passionate about exploring ways in which we can see waste as resource. We often throw out SO MANY things that have value, including food and organic waste. Waste is something that connects us all!
